You can return item within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Restocking Fee:
If the returned phone is not in the original condition, unsealed and activated As we will be unable to sell item as brand new once it’s seal is opened and phone is activated, it’s gonna considered used. 
If there is no manufacture fault in item and customer is returning because of any other reason(e.g didn’t like it or no longer needed or change of mind), Electronics town limited reserves the right to deduct up to 20% of the sales price to cover depreciation.
For returns within the first 30 days, electronics town will provide a free shipping label to make the return process as easy as possible.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process.
Accidental damage: Any damage caused by drops, impacts, or spills is not covered.

Locked devices: Phones returned with any lock (e.g., iCloud, Google, or Gmail) will void the warranty and may result in a refusal to process the return or warranty claim.
Important Notes
All warranty claims must be initiated within the one-year period, starting from the delivery date.Video evidence or clear descriptions of the defect may be requested to expedite the warranty process.Customers are responsible for ensuring that any personal data is erased before sending the phone back to Electronics town limited for return or warranty service.
