(2) An order number & tracking number will be sent to the customer via e-mail, text messege, live chat support or WhatsApp, depending on the customer request.

 

(3) We generally send order numbers & tracking numbers by e-mail as default.

 

Delivery

 

(1) The goods will be shipped in 1-5 business days to the requested address.

 

(2) All goods will have a tracking number with the courier service it's being delivered by.

 

(3) The customer we be able to track the delivery progress of their purchased goods with the chosen courier service via the website.

Return Policy

(1) Any goods that get damaged or lost in transit' we will be responsible for the return shipping costs for any damaged items or goods.

 

(2) Any goods that go missing we will be responsible to investigate, which can take up to 30 days before a refund is issued.

 

(3) All goods sent out are fully insured by the courier service for the customer peace of mind.

 

(4) The return of any goods because the goods did not meet required expectation or found a better price, the customer would be

responsible for the return shipping costs for a full refund.

 

(5) The return of any goods must be done with 30 business days.
